The Marathon starts at 9:15 am for non-elite runners and there will be 4 starting waves.

There is a 6 hour 15 minute cut-off for this event, starting from when you cross the starting mat.

Additionally, there are two cut-off points along the course:

    • Cut-Off Point at KM 33 at 3:50 pm
    • Cut-Off Point at KM 38 at 4:35 pm

Pace setters will be positioned in all 4 starting waves. They will carry a pacer flag with the respective target times.

    • Wave 1: 3:00, 3:15, and 3:30 hours
    • Wave 2: 3:00, 3:15, 3:30, and 3:45 hours

    • Wave 4: 4:15, 4:30, and 5:00 hours

Race timing in the Marathon is managed via the Real-Time-ChampionChip method. The ChampionChip is included as part of the race entry fee.

These chips must be returned by the runner immediately after crossing the finish line or within 2 hours after the event ends. They can be returned to six different locations in the finish area until 4:30 pm.

Signs marking every kilometre, as well as mile and five-mile points, are posted along the route. Large clocks displaying the current time are located every 5 km.

Electronic registration confirmations will be mailed to participants at the start of September, regardless of when the registration form was received.

Each participant will need to take the confirmation card along with a passport or photo ID to pick up their race bib, clothing bag, and other goodies from the Expo.

All race bibs must be personally collected; it is not possible for a third party to collect them on the participant’s behalf.

Please note: Race numbers not picked up during the Expo opening hours will expire without refund. There will be no other opportunity to collect them.

There are several tents where you can drop off your clothing bag in the start and finish area. Please follow the signs and arrive at least one hour before the start.

You will receive a transparent clothing bag and a sticker with your start number for the bag.

All objects must be packed separately and loosely. You may not put other bags in your clothing bag.

Any kind of luggage is prohibited within the start/finish area!

You drop off your clothing bag at the indicated tent and retrieve it there after you finish.

I have done a few ATT tours now. As a family we just completed the first 10-day / 180km Camino Tour in Spain doing the Camino Frances route. The trek was a challenge (especially day 1 over the Pyrenees) but the scenery and people were so stunning and worth the effort. We stayed at some brilliant accommodations too which made the stops extra special (no hostels). The group were so friendly and supportive and the ATT team (Anna and Tina) and local guide (German) were brilliant organising everything.

If you’re thinking of doing the Camino then I highly recommend the ATT team.

I just finished the Camino Trek 2026 with Adventure Time Travel! It was a breathtaking journey filled with spectacular countryside, and memories that will last a lifetime. So grateful for the new friends made sharing our achievements together. If you’re thinking of going, do it! Highly recommend!

We recently completed the Camino with the Adventure Time Travel team and what an experience. Challenging, exhausting at times, but worth every step, especially doing it alongside our two teenagers. It ended up being one of those rare family experiences we’ll all remember forever.

This was our second trip with Adventure Time Travel, which probably says everything. Anna has an incredible ability to bring a group of completely different people together. By the end, it felt less like a tour group and more like a little Camino family. The support, laughs, encouragement and friendships made the journey even more memorable.

The Camino itself pushed us physically and mentally, but the sense of accomplishment at the end is hard to put into words.

Thank you Adventure Time Travel. Highly recommend for anyone considering taking on the Camino adventure.
