Jack Trengove
Former AFL star turned endurance athlete, Jack brings a unique perspective on performance, mindset, discipline, and transitioning into long-distance running.

Mark will lead an engaging Q&A conversation, bringing stories, practical questions, and insights that every runner will relate to.
Mark Soderstrom is an Adelaide Television presenter on SAS Seven and former footballer. He hosted the 2017 Carols by Candlelight, and is a regular sports reporter on Seven News and Australian Rules football reporter on Seven Sport.
